Judge Royce Lamberth on Tuesday denied the release of Jacob Chansley, the “Q Shaman” who has been sitting in jail for nearly 6 months for non-violent charges connected to the January 6 Capitol riot.
Jacob Chansley, the horned shaman seen roaming around the halls of Congress on January 6th, has been locked up in Washington DC for several months — without bail.
Jacob did not cause any violence, he listened to officers and he was let in the building by Capitol Hill police.
Chansley’s mental health has declined while in jail and he has no trial date in sight.
Judge Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, said that Chansley is a flight risk and denied his motion for release pending trial.
“The Court will not revisit its prior finding that no condition of release would reasonably prevent him from fleeing,” Lamberth wrote.

I strongly suspect some have tried, at least with the media, and were told to take a hike. But, on the other hand, we have our media, like Hantity, Newmax, etc. So where are they?
I still say this guy is a paid ‘crisis actor’ for the Deep State, if not an actual FBI employee / instigator.

And he is still in jail, because his controllers believe that he is more valuable to them that way, than running around loose instigating more idiocies.... In other words, letting him loose would blow his cover, staying in; lets him gather more info from the actual patriots who fell for his and others (like John Sullivan) instigations.
