can somebody translate this? Looks like gene therapy?

The Ebola virus (Zaire ebolavirus) vaccine is a replication-competent, live, attenuated recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus (rVSV) vaccine. It is known as rVSVΔG-ZEBOV-GP Ebola vaccine (brand name Ervebo®) and manufactured by Merck.
It is not possible to become infected with EBOV from the vaccine because the vaccine only contains a gene from the Ebola virus, not the whole virus. Specifically, it contains a gene for the EBOV glycoprotein that replaces the gene for the native VSV glycoprotein. Ervebo® does not provide protection against other species of Ebolavirus or Marburgvirus.

Reading further, a lot of unknowns...

No, not gene therapy.

It’s a regular wekaened-virus vaccine; what they did is modify the genes for ANOTHER virus, so that that 2nd virus contains a certain protein from Ebola.

So when your body sees this virus, one of the parts the immune system will recognize, is an Ebola protein.

That’s not the same thing as an injection of mRNA, or of a virus with DNA in it, but modified so that it can’t reproduce itself, but it can still tell YOUR body to make spike protein.
