No, not gene therapy.
It’s a regular wekaened-virus vaccine; what they did is modify the genes for ANOTHER virus, so that that 2nd virus contains a certain protein from Ebola.
So when your body sees this virus, one of the parts the immune system will recognize, is an Ebola protein.
That’s not the same thing as an injection of mRNA, or of a virus with DNA in it, but modified so that it can’t reproduce itself, but it can still tell YOUR body to make spike protein.
