Technically, it’s not mandated by the CDC and can’t be because it’s experimental. In practice, companies are breaking the law just to force people up front, even if they have to back off later. I would fight it.

So I might have some questions along the lines of determining if they realize that it really is experimental. Are they aware of the variety and severity of the adverse effects?
Are they aware that coercion to force an experimental medical procedure is a violation of the Federal Law and Nuremberg protocols?
Do they know whether their Liability Insurance will pay for a lawsuit in case of an adverse event, for both the company and the individual ordering the Jab?
Then, I'd likely continue my job search elsewhere(depending on their answers). A company that would order me to submit to a medical experiment ain't worthy of my time and effort.
But that's just me.
