Just wondering if anyone has current legal information.
A urine analysis checking for drugs
So I might have some questions along the lines of determining if they realize that it really is experimental. Are they aware of the variety and severity of the adverse effects?
Are they aware that coercion to force an experimental medical procedure is a violation of the Federal Law and Nuremberg protocols?
Do they know whether their Liability Insurance will pay for a lawsuit in case of an adverse event, for both the company and the individual ordering the Jab?
Then, I'd likely continue my job search elsewhere(depending on their answers). A company that would order me to submit to a medical experiment ain't worthy of my time and effort.
But that's just me.
THEY make the rules in a private company.
The government is not involved.
I believe the government has already said that businesses who make their employees get the jab are not responsible for the side effects
Do your homework! Target Christian Conservative companies.
That’s what what first popped in my head, but thought I better be sure. Never know when autocorrect will slap a wrong word in!
It depends on the job and employer whether or not someone, even a new hire, has to submit a piz quiz. When I was a truck driver, I had drug tests. As an office worker, I never have. Not even our new hires do.
Indeed, many of them are mine.
No they can’t. But they can require you to get vaccinated.
Nice, Welcome Home, I wasn’t FA in Vietnam but I did serve there for a long year.

The presumption is that this ‘young person’ chooses to be in the ‘resistant’ category.
I would approach it like this: If such proclamations were not overtly delivered pre-interview, then clearly verbal questions about one’s status during the interview process are to avoid litigation.
If this young person does not seek conflict (litigation) or a hostile work environment, then certainly avoiding such businesses is rather academic if they proffer such requirements openly.
However, should the matter be raised only later in an interview, the ‘young person’ should be well practiced in response to such a privacy-violating question. I can hear myself responding with a question, “Can I have that in writing?” to which the obvious response to any objection would be, “I’ll provide my response in kind, in writing, as part of my PRIVATE personnel file.” It’s not argumentative and avoids all controversy regarding the legal status of the shots.
Frankly, I seriously doubt any firm trying to avoid the topic - and, in their view, a liability problem - will provide anything in writing at all...problem solved and a little interview experience gained :)
Truth be told, had my employer required the shots, I’d already have my own business (the logical conclusion to having been fired/laid off).
Frankly, part of me wishes that they had...
Jut out of curiosity, do you ever communicate in your own thoughts and language? Or only cut and pasted memes?
Yawn.
Robert Barnes has a big case coming up next month involving a bunch of union employees about this. Keep you eye on that one.

Is that what the 170 employees of Houston Methodist Hospital are vasing their lawsuit on?
That hospital told all the employees they had to get the covid shots or be fired.
Nope. The vaccine manufacturers have immunity, whether FDA approved or not.

Oh, and SCOTUS has already ruled on issues related to the law.

5 May: Solari: Employer & School Disclosure Forms for Covid-19 Injections
These forms were written by Corey Lynn of Corey’s Digs for The Solari Report. ~
Form for Employees Whose Employers Are Requiring Covid-19 Injections
This puts employers in a box. This is a form every employee who is faced with this needs to submit to the authorized officer of their company. It is 100% legally accurate, forces them to respond to your questions (already on the form for you), provide you with all requirements by the FDA, makes them review all of the ways they are breaking the law, and holds them 100% financially responsible, requiring a signature.

In a nut shell: you don’t have much in the way of legal recourse.
Vaccine mandates are evil, vile, immoral and anti-American. Look for companies that have American ideals and reject those that embrace Marxist collectivism.
In the event that you have no choice, there are ways around the vaccine mandates.
Tyrants are not entitled to obedience or compliance.
Do they inquire about any STD’s one has had? How could they inquire of vaxx status.
Private companies can do what they want. I’ve had to show proof of many vaccinations when working for a hospital.
There is no freedom regarding stuff like this. Companies are not the government.
There would be nothing to fight. You simply wouldn’t get hired.
