Agreed. So apply, get turned down. Go legal which takes forever , and look for work elsewhere in the meantime. And Pray - lots of prayer for another job.

Will their health insurance cover them for the same reason, and on and on. The form is several pages long.

I lie because they’ve created a world wherein I must lie. If I tell the truth they attempt to take things away from me or block my access to things I feel are my right to.

This is absolutely false in California, and most likely false in other States. The vaccination details are entered into various databases. I know this to be a fact because I was able to query my own digital record.

Your job choices might be more limited. Be ready to take a job you might not want long-term. Be glad for any experience. Be glad you’re young and flexible, unlike some of us.

I guess it follows that private companies can also ask if you are pregnant, have any mental illnesses, or what your religion is. Things like that. Good to know.

Federal law requires drug tests for all professional drivers (truck, taxi, pilot, etc). That kind of makes sense, don't you think? Has nothing to do with pandemics.

There’s plenty of information there. I have the same card, and it has my name and date of birth. It also has the product type (Moderna), the lot numbers for each of the two injections, and the date and location of each shot. I can assure you that the pharmacist also took my SSN, and I watched as she entered a bunch of stuff into the computer. One the digital record was online, I pulled a copy for myself. It has a large QR code and in plaintext, the dates on which I received the injections, along with the product name.
It’s still about public safety.
Incorrect. The lot numbers for the vaccines are on the card, and ultimately will be in the CDC and State databases, which will be cross referenced for verification.
The lot number is used to track the recipients.
