The visit was canceled after it turned out that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla and members of the delegation have not received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine(or neither 1st dose)!
Pfizer CEO's expected visit to Israel has been canceled after it was found that he hasn't yet received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The head of the company, Albert Bourla and other members of the delegation that was meant to accompany him during his visit to Israel, have not yet received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, reported local media.
However, due to health safety concerns, the visit was postponed for several days. This also posed a logistic challenge due to the upcoming elections in the middle-east country.
Vaccination
In December 2020, Pfizer CEO Bourla said that he hasn't received the vaccine. While explaining the reason he said that it was because he did not want to "cut-in line". He would rather wait until the vaccination begins for people under his age group, Bourla added.
As of now, the head of the US company, which developed a COVID-19 vaccine along with its German partner BioNTech, has received the first dose but the second jab is still pending.
According to reports, a Pfizer spokesperson said: "We continue to be interested in visiting Israel and meeting with decision-makers. The visit to Israel will probably be scheduled toward the end of spring."

Yep… from back in early March when those over age 65 were struggling to find an appointment for COVID-19 vaccination. It would have been a scandal if they had JUMPED THE LINE to get the vaccine.

Bourla shared a photo of himself receiving his second shot on March 10 to Twitter with a post that said, “Excited to receive my 2nd dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech#COVID19 vaccine. There’s nothing I want more than for my loved ones and people around the world to have the same opportunity.”

AP later reported that Israel ‘honored’ CEO Albert Bourla in April, but he gave remarks via video in a recorded message, NOT in person.
But the fact is that Bourla’s visit had already been postponed indefinitely long before the report above:
“A scheduled visit to Israel by Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla has been postponed indefinitely, Israel’s Channel 12 News reported. No reason has been given for postponing the visit. Some Israeli organizations reportedly contacted Bourla and told him it would be inappropriate to make such a visit to Israel so close to the March 23 national elections, since it would be seen as giving a boost to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. The main purpose of the visit reportedly was to discuss the establishment of a Pfizer production center in Israel.”

I see no evidence that he EVER visited this year...a curious effect, in consideration of who he is and news reports governing the virus over the preceding 3 months.
who knows if he really did get the 2nd dose later...or even the first dose, for that matter.

I think the same, too. A U.S. senator I dunno if Rand Paul or Ron Johnson ask Fauci, Francis Collins, deputy director of CDC, and another guy what percentage of their employees vaccinated, Fauci said 20%, Collins 25%, CDC 15, another deputy head said 25%. Why not 100%? I don't think any anyone even vaccinated for real not even Fauci or Collins. They probably fake Fauci's with testostorone in the syringes instead of the experimental mRNA toxins?
If their travel to Israel cancelled indefnitely, I'd suspect the Pfizer CEO and everyone at Pfizer didn't get any jab at all. Who would if they know what's in it? And I haven't heard nor read any statement from Dr. Jay Bhattacharya at Stanford University school of medine who'd serology test around the Silicon valley looking and trying to isolate the COVID virus, what they found were all coronavirus that cause common cold. The same serology test conducted at the University of Southern California with the same result, they weren't able to isolate any COVID virus, instead they found just coronavirus that cause common cold. So, what are people trying to vaccinate for? To stop the common cold?
Right? Quite incredible.
