Dozens detained in federal prison awaiting trial following the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol building are being subject to solitary confinement, lack of required medical care, and restricted access to defense counsel, according to two attorneys and the father of a defendant.
Of the close to 500 arrests made so far in connection with the Jan. 6 incident, lawyers John Pierce and Steven Metcalf II, who represent several of the defendants, told EpochTV’s “The Nation Speaks” that some detainees who are being held pre-trial face solitary confinement for 23 hours a day in conditions that are “unconstitutional” and violate “every single basic human right.”

Eventually, Americans might need to storm the Bastille if the courts and the Supreme Court refuse to do their duty.

Political prisoners. The federal jails are becoming gulags. Rioting, burning and killing gets a pass if you’re on the left, while being a Trump supporter in itself is now a crime.
No one in the Justice Department or the court system wants to admit what’s really going on.
I saw this game with the folks arrested in Oregon during the 2016 Oregon Standoff.
Heck a federal judge, a retired one visited the arrested men in their lockup and told ones like Ammon Bundy “you are not being released”.
People did nothing violent but were held without bail.
Its Gitmo conditions in America because those arrested over the Capitol Incident of January 6th are considered:
“Terrorists”
or as the term has been added to our lexicon post 9/11
“Domestic Terrorists”
On the 20th anniversary of 9/11 it will time to remember a lot of things including how the USA became a police state where Americans would be called “terrorists” after 9/11.
And how the USA and allied nations ended up killing and imprisoning Bin Laden and the leaders of Al Qaeda while recruiting the followers of Al Qaeda to fight in wars in Libya and Syria.
We made terrorists our allies and Americans into terrorists after 9/11.
