Georgia is blue. It doesn’t matter what the people want or even what they vote for. The blues control the electoral apparatus and so the state is blue. Done.

Around 1990, I'd have said Connecticut (Ella Grasso and O'Neil were anti-tax Democrats. When Dictator Wiecker (and I hated him) threw gasoline on the fire (creating an income tax), it was the end of Connecticut. 40 years gone by and Connecticut still wants more...
