Unvaccinated and vaccinated passengers aboard the ship will have different cruising experiences. Royal Caribbean doesn't have a sweeping vaccine mandate for cruises sailing out of Florida. But if you're unvaccinated and sailing with the cruise line this July, you might not have the same cruising experience as your fellow vaccinated passengers.
Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas will bring passengers on three or four-night trips from Miami to the Bahamas and the cruise line's private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay, beginning July 2. All onboard crew and the majority of guests will be vaccinated, according to the cruise line's frequently asked questions page. Most of the unvaccinated passengers will be children.
Now, let's take a look at the differences between a vaccinated and unvaccinated passenger's experience aboard the upcoming Freedom of the Seas sailings.
Fully vaccinated guests can access every part of the ship, and won't need to wear a face covering at "vaccinated-only venues." Unvaccinated passengers won't have this same luxury: they'll have to wear masks indoors or in crowded outdoor locations unless they're eating and drinking, and won't be able to access select venues.
Locations that are vaccinated-only include:

That will always be a problem. Many unusual things can be brought into a massive vaccination effort; like what you mentioned , also cutting back the dosage to further the amount of people to be vaccinated, also substituting another vaccine in place of the asked for vaccine; and using expired vaccines,etc..
Making up counterfeit vax info for sale is also to be expected. -Tom

It would also explain why some people have absolutely no reaction to the ‘vaccine’.
However the vaccinated can get and pass on the Wu Hu Flu also...they have more chances to cause an outbreak as most cruise lines are allowing them to go anywhere in the ports while the unvaccinated must stay on the ship or take controlled ‘bubble’ shore excursions...
While the unvaxxed are tested on board the vaxxed are not...
I wonder what the cruise lines will do about San Juan, part of the US and under the same CDC rules...

As of July 1st...
Until then Carnival was sending out EMails to July passengers asking were they vaxxed ...drop down menu for the answer No had exempted or child under 12... it came with a warning not to lie or the passenger would be banned from sailing...
The August cruises have already had an EMail with a link to request an exemption with the choices child under 12, Religion and medical...the passenger had to pay the balance of the cruise before it would work and then it had to be filled in right away....
I havent heard about my Aug 14 cruise....
I dont know if an EMail will be sent out asking whether or not the Aug passengers are vaxxed or not...I would think not as that would go against the new law...
Im going all the way with this as I want to find out for myself just how far the cruise lines will go with this segregation of unvaxxed American citizens...I especially want to see how unvaxxed American veterans will be treated by the company which calls itself ‘America’s cruise line’...
What they can do, is ask for a voluntary shown vaccine document, and if you don't want to produce that verification, you will be considered unvaccinated ; you will have to pay more money for tests and be more restricted aboard and ashore. - Tom
Carnival is doing testing at embarkation and debarkation for the unvaxxed but not charging for July and August...

On top of these onboard restrictions, unvaccinated guests will have to undergo several COVID-19 tests that vaccinated guests won't have to do. This amounts to an extra $136 out-of-pocket payment per unvaccinated passenger for Florida cruises sailing five nights or less in July.
In August, this additional cost increases up to $178 for cruises sailing six nights or more (cruises five nights or less will still have a $136 payment per unvaccinated guest for the tests).

First, it’s very unlikely that a vaccinated person will catch the covid.
Second, even if a vaccinated person becomes infected, it is most likely that this person will be asymptomatic and will have too low a viral load to pass on the virus.
IOW, the risk isn’t from the vaccinated but from the unvaccinated.

First, I never said that the vaxxed would never get covid. I said their chances of getting covid were very, very, very small. I also said it was very, very, very likely that they would be asymptomatic and their viral load would be so low that there would be a very, very, very low chance of them, if infected, passing on the virus.
Those factors do not apply to the unvaxxed who if they do get the covid it is very likely they would infect their fellow unvaxxed passengers resulting in an outbreak, an early termination to the cruise, possible quarantine even for the vaccinated, and potentially an end to all cruises for the foreseeable future. It is rather selfish for the unvaccinated to impose those kinds of risks on the rest of the passengers.
A cruise is an optional activity. If some don’t want to take the vaccine, then there are other options for their leisure.
When you’re on the sea, dress as Indians and throw all the booze, beer and food overboard.
