One thing most Americans know (even those that hate Donald Trump because the media told them to) is that Trump is one of the most accomplished builders of the 20th and 21st centuries. They'd never bring up the condo collapse with him, because he would undoubtedly respond with something smart, to the point, and informed by his vast experience.
