Cases, Hospitalizations and Deaths still low, with a flat trend. It has been pretty stable for about a month, at this low level. This may be what herd immunity looks like. We will see over July if the Delta variant can make any significant change to this, but so far, so good.

Seems Trump's intent to help the American people just ended up giving the DEMs and the Deep State another weapon to use against us. History may not look back on this all that kindly.

There was a vaccine for the flu the FDA shut down when a dozen or so people died from it; thousands were inoculated. People are dying from any of those five COVID shots and also some suffering horribly; but of course the pro-vaccer people either are denying it as false reporting or saying the percentage isn’t that large.

Probably. And the Pfizer/Moderna vaccines used here in the US seem to be more effective against most variants than the AZ vaccine used in UK. Outside of a few regions, “Delta” is going to be a non-event here, and we have pretty good therapeutics to deal with most cases.

Just read the esteemed (not) Dr. Fauci’s latest emanation. He says fully vaccinated people need to wear masks. Then he got fuzzy talking with bla-bla-bla but something about breakthrough cases.
This is weird in light of the signs at businesses here that read: “Fully vaccinated people do not have to wear a mask.” (Paraphrased, there are minor wording differences at various businesses.)
Doesn’t this mean masks are better protection than the vaccines?
You can catch COVID after being vaccinated, but if you wear a mask you are protected.
