Funny how the PA Supreme Court duck taped, hammered, and bondoed together what seems to be a very dubious excuse for vacating Cosby’s conviction, yet had no reservations about ignoring and violating clear election laws in 2020.

I would not say “dubious”, I actually agree with part of the ruling. Judge f’d up by allowing the prosecution to let five women testify against Crosby whose testimonies about decades old claims were dubious and prejudiced the jury. There is absolutely no way for the defense to refute their claims other than saying, “it wasn't me.” No rape kits, no hard evidence, no police reports from that time. Just a bunch of women making accusations about drugs and sex decades ago.

Do not get me wrong, I am not saying he is innocent. Just saying I prefer hard evidence to decades old accusations that cannot be proven in any substantive way.

Bot really “dubious”. Cosby was promised immunity from prosecution in order to compel him to testify in a civil case and then they went back on their word. They tricked him into giving up his Fifth Amendment rights. Sucks that he’s out, but it’s a legit reversal.
