Adverse reactions to the Covid Jab will not be recorded and sent to OSHA by Employers

DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.

Anyone who has two functioning synapses ought to recognize this for what it is. Blatant suppression of data adverse to the official Gubmint Political Position. And, that position is, you will do exactly as we instruct you to do whether you like it or not. Regardless of any adverse outcome. Including your death. Why? Because we said so. That’s why!!!

OSHA flip flops as much as FRAUDci does.

First employers will be responsible for any injuries of employees required to take these risky shots.

Then, they won’t be.

Now....we’ll just flat out hide any adverse reactions/deaths, rather than keep track of them.

Keep accepting their lies, sheeple, and see where that gets us. 🙃

It is what they are, mentally ill defective humans.

The same effect can be seen in solid blue counties and states during elections.

They have more than enough votes for democrat candidate wins but they cheat anyway.

California is locked in solid blue, but they cheated in the last mid-terms to flip the few remaining red counties blue.

They are obsessed which is why they continue to do things in a manor that has severely obvious detrimental effects and as the obvious effects worsen they continue to claim they are managing correctly and doing the right thing.



In other words, they are nuts.

OSHA can skate but the employer who mandates the shot as part of a job will have to deal with a staggering number and size of lawsuits. Just think what the airline industry is facing with mandating shots for all their pilots. Think of the monetary size of those lawsuits when the pilot health physicals start grounding pilots, either temporarily or worse yet, permanently. Private industry taking on the role of enforcer for the government is going to learn a very sobering lesson - the government will be no where in sight when the lawsuits start.

If my employer mandated me to take the Jab, well I would not. But if I did in order to keep my job, I still think there would be a major lawsuit.

Even if they are not required to report the side effects, they can’t stop a lawsuit.

Evidence is evidence.

I met a woman today who was probably in her late fifties. She was complaining of pain in her neck. I started to speak to her and she told me she had that since her vaccination. I asked her when she got the shot and she said in February. She said that since then she has been in a lot of pain…..arthritis all over. She told me that before the shot she was just fine. And now she can not even wear dress shoes because of the pain. Her doctor told her that arthritis was a side effect for some….however (of course) she wasn’t warned ahead of time. She was miserable and does not have hope of getting better. Her husband was sick after he got his shot.

Tell me, what does arthritis have to do with a vaccination? For those who think that these are just cases we have to accept because the overall result is fewer covid deaths. Really? Would you like to be her?

How do we even know what the effectiveness really is? What is that vaccine doing to the body?

I’m retired. I had the virus. My doctor wanted me to get the vaccine anyway. I will not take it, especially after talking to this woman. I have natural immunity which is the best kind. Yet for some reason this is not good enough.

How is it possible in America that we can be forced to take this shot by an employer..... and the employer can’t be sued?

Now is the time to drop out, take any severance packages, and become an independent contractor and do work you love and can make some money at.

Seriously. You will be in the biggest sovereign position posible right now.

Get to states that are open and look like they remain open.

Yes it may involve large life changes. Life is hard. You are adults. You need to keep free and healthy. Do what you need to do that is best for you and any you care about.

I don’t think this is saying they can’t be sued...

I think it is saying the reporting of side effects are not required by employers.

I agree 100%. That said, a vast majority will not dare do so. They are far too comfortable simply wringing their hands, bitching, and complaining. But, will do nothing to remedy their situation. And, they will have a million excuses why they cannot do as you suggest.
I and my wife know this first hand. We left our home state of California because we saw the steep decline into Hell it was heading toward. We warned our family and friends. They refused to listen to us. Said we were overreacting.
They now ask us, “how did you know?” Our answer, because we were paying attention and didn’t have our heads in the sand. We moved to Florida. Best move we ever made.

With this stance by OSHA, is anyone liable for any damages to the employee from the shots.

Vaccine manufacturer?

Employer?

OSHA?

CDC?

FDA?

EEOC?

All this, when the shots are still under FDA Emergency Use Authorization.
