Scottie Pippen accused his former NBA coach Phil Jackson of being a racist on Monday in the latest of act of candor from the Basketball Hall of Famer.
While appearing on “The Dan Patrick” Show, Pippen was asked about recent comments he made to GQ, in which he said Jackson made a “racial move” by not giving him the last-second shot in a 1994 playoff game against the Knicks.

“By saying a racial move, then you’re calling Phil a racist,” Patrick asked Pippen. “I don’t got a problem with that,” Pippen replied, to which Patrick followed up, “Do you think Phil was or is (a racist)?”

LOL - like lebron. This generation calls him the GOAT? He could not even carry Magic Johnson’s jockstrap carrier’s jockstrap.
I say Magic is GOAT because he was a force multiplier - her made everyone around him better and was always there in the clutch. As for a pure shooter, Jordan will always hold that title.
Jordan was a great defensive player, he doesn’t get enough credit for that.
I will also say another key factor to the Bulls success was Rodman, the greatest rebounder the game has ever seen.
And then that wiggity-wack reply after Dan Patrick smartly pointed out that Phil had done the same white-man last-shot play to Michael and Michael approved... "And den, dem cameras, in de huddle, who do you think dey was dere for? Who hired them?"

I always remember Knight said the last-shot play in '87 NCAA Final was set up for Alford, and Keith Smart took it.
Any of the three ever complain about that? Although you could probably get an ugly word out of Smart now that the Knicks fired him and he has ended up a as pity-hire Assistant Coach behind Musselman at Arkansas lol...
