If they do issue an arrest warrant for President Trump, every democrat, at every level, can expect similar legal retaliation. They know this. It would be at a level, for so many of them, they could not possibly respond. They don’t own every town, city, county and state. It will be raining warrants.
His security is at the orders of the Feds. His own security detail could arrest him.

They arrest Trump and things are going to get very unpredictable. It might lead to a real insurrection or thinks we can’t even imagine here.

I don’t know if PDJT is staying in NJ now but he is supposed to be in TX 30 June and FL 3 July, so, yea, TX and FL will not allow NY to arrest him in their states. Any request for him to be extradited to NY will require a court hearing in either TX or FL. If he is still in NJ he needs to get out immediately.
Assuming that NY attempts to arrest Trump it would require them to have evidence showing that any “fraud” alleged by the Trump organization was personally ordered by him or that he was personally aware of and approved of the fraud.
From all the “SOURCES” referenced in these articles the “fraud” is in the form of:
1. Failure to pay payroll taxes on fringe benefits, (HR and accounting handle those issues not the owner/CEO).
2. Insurance/bank fraud concerning the value of assets used for loans or insurance value, (these issues are dealt with by accountants and corporate legal counsel/s along with outside legal firms. Insurance companies and banks ALWAYS use their own in-house or contracted appraisers to set the value of the asset to be insured or the collateral used for loans).
3. And payments in the form of NDA’s to Stormy Daniels and another woman, (depending on how they were listed on the corporate books they could be a business expense deduction or a personal expense associated with Trump’s personal expense account which would be handled by accounting and his lawyers).
I can’t see how any of the above can be placed on Trump. There would be too many layers between the actions and Trump for him to be in any legal jeopardy personally.
Disclaimer: IANAL but have worked for lawyers and in law enforcement for most of my working life. In any normal court this type of case would thrown out on a motion to dismiss or the judge would require the DA to go into mediation in order to come up with a monetary fine/penalty to resolve the case because there is an “intent” required for these to be felonies. Since the tax laws can be very ambiguous there is a high likelihood that the “felony” charge/s would be thrown out during a motion for summary judgement. Civil charges might fly, but again the tax laws are very ambiguous, so I don’t think they would reach the preponderance level of proof.
The defense in these types of cases would have a lot of fun in discovery. There is too much “politics” involved in this case for there not to be an email trail showing animus towards the accused, (corporation and/or individuals).
They have no idea of the anger that would unleash. Lots of people are already feeling backed into a corner by the coup government.
and those are State charges...making it more absurd...and not even against Trump but his C.F.O....another swing and a miss by the Dems...

IMO if Trump hasn’t sold everything in NYC and left yet, he gets what’s coming! Like that cop in Minnesoeta. If you can;t see the handwriting on the wall then you will suffer the consequences.
If not already done, President Trump needs to have his own personal security detail in close, with the govey security detail on the outer ring of protection. All govey actions must come through the personal security detail, and therefrom to President Trump, or pay the ultimate price.
