I have come to believe that the best and most productive and perhaps easiest way to deal with climate change and carbon is to eliminate all those that are climate change activists.
Soon after announcing the climate activist extermination program, at least half and some believe 80% will see a change of heart.
Nuclear electric power generation is of course the way to go.
This is an area that averages fewer sunny days in a year than Seattle and Portland.
The whole thing is just a scam to enrich people in industries that would have failed a long time ago without being propped up by stupid government mandates.

It is a racist redistribution agenda, to deal with the failure of certain races to assimilate into Western Civilization as well as the failures of those same peoples when their homelands achieved independence from Western colonizers.

Anywhere else other than America, they would call this a bribe, or at least, a "kick back".
Not all that long ago, New York, to reduce their carbon footprint, was considering Canadian hydro power delivered to NYC via an underwater cable from Canada in Lake Champlain.
Never mind the expense of the cable, the carbon of plastic coating, or the expense of smelting and forming the copper cable wire,
because NYC could absolve itself of contributing to world carbon production (displaced carbon footprint) because the carbon was produced elsewhere.

That is a great summary of my argument - I can save time using that version.
But I always add SCIENTIFICALLY as they CLAIM to be the ideology of science but know next to nothing about it and I am well versed in it.
