Thanks for posting. Here is the link to her blogspot.

All sorts of info at the blog, including Booklets that you can print out.
She has the “Everything under the Sun Booklet”. It has a plan for a family of four, and mostly uses a solar oven. Includes recipes and amounts needed for a years supply.
However, it also includes a how to booklet on building a rocket stove. Also instructions for using a pressure canner.
“Everything made simple Booklet” is similar, but is more geared toward a rocket stove.
Either one of these booklets-if you don’t want to figure out your own plan, you could just do one of these plans.
She even has the cost figured (from that year-2010).
The Equivalency list of 2 pages is quite handy for planning purposes. It gives the amounts for various types of foods.

Thanks for the link, Greeneyes.
It IS important to remember that what one family eats, won’t be the same for the next family.
Gawd, we’re so spoiled, living here in America! I hope it lasts, but I fear it won’t. We both already work hard enough hunting, fishing, the garden (which we have DOUBLED in size this year) and putting by.
I could eat Rice & Beans every day and still be happy, so you know where my ‘stockpiling priorities’ lie, LOL!
