Thanks for posting. Here is the link to her blogspot.

http://everythingunderthesunblog.blogspot.com/

All sorts of info at the blog, including Booklets that you can print out.

She has the “Everything under the Sun Booklet”. It has a plan for a family of four, and mostly uses a solar oven. Includes recipes and amounts needed for a years supply.
However, it also includes a how to booklet on building a rocket stove. Also instructions for using a pressure canner.

“Everything made simple Booklet” is similar, but is more geared toward a rocket stove.

Either one of these booklets-if you don’t want to figure out your own plan, you could just do one of these plans.

She even has the cost figured (from that year-2010).

The Equivalency list of 2 pages is quite handy for planning purposes. It gives the amounts for various types of foods.
Here’s a few from the beginning of the list:

Applesauce (jars) ...................... 10 yrs 16 Tb / c 4 c / qt
Apple slices (dehydrated).......... 30 yrs 10 c / #10 can =1 1⁄4 lb 1 c dry + 1⁄2 c water = 2 c fresh
Baking powder ....................... 1 to 2 yrs 32 Tb = 1 lb Test: add 1 tsp to 1/3 c hot water. If it foams and
bubbles, it’s good. Exchange baking powder with 2 parts cream of tartar + 1 part baking soda.
Baking soda ............................. Indefinite 32 Tb=1lb Store in sealed container in cool dry place.
Test: add to water....if it bubbles, it’s good.

Butter (almost)..........................1 lb shortening + 1⁄2 tsp salt + 1 2/3 c condensed milk. Whip the
shortening and salt until light. Add the condensed milk a little at a time and blend.
