According to the article at your link, this is one of the positions of the people trying to let Facebook off the hook for allowing crimes of sexual exploitation:
“Section 230, a provision of the federal Communication Decency Act of 1996, protects online platforms from being held responsible for the actions of users who may commit crimes using their software, according to the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Proponents of the law argue it fosters free-ranging discussions and speech on popular websites like YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.”
This so much wrong with this statement that I barely know where to begin. Let’s start with the name of the Act that is supposed to be the overall governance guide, “The Communication Decency Act”. The implication is that decency is the main goal. There’s nothing decent about facilitating sexual exploitation, especially of children, so they’re in violation right there. Then there’s the preposterous idea that YouTube, Twitter and Facebook foster free-ranging discussions and speech, also provably false.
Now that Texans can sue Facebook for knowingly allowing criminal activity to occur, while actively censoring victimless conservative speech, maybe the dam will break and the cleanup can begin.
Prayers up.

Dade County requires commercial and multifamily buildings to be inspected and certified every 40 years. The county was doing this when the building collapsed.”
I wonder who was on the inspection team?
:: Isn’t the Ghislaine Maxwell trial coming up in a matter of days? ::
You talking about the daughter of billionaire British publisher that started “The Lancet” medical journal?
The journal we get all our COVID information from?
That G. Maxwell?
200,000 workers in the NHS leaving?
That’s a —lot— of people !!
Someone upthread said McAfee posting the cross streets may have been a diversion.
Math is cool.

I wholeheartedly concur.

Either accidental or on purpose:
Accidental- pool leaked and was undermining the foundation.
On purpose- someone did an OKC.

ThankQ, that answers my question.
But if the collapse was on purpose, that would point to the twtt by McAfee, about the location of the 31TB, as being a real twtt.
But someone upthread said that twtt was fake.
Excellent sleuthing !!
ThankQ for that information !
No connection to McAfee except that twtt about the location of the 31TB files.
And the “Collins Ave” phrase can’t be found on twttr.

I think that is the $64,000,000 (allowing for inflation) question. Giving the location would be utter folly. My guess? Red herring. Drives safe & sound, but elsewhere.
Viewing a program called Silence Patton on Amazon Prime that is really excellent. It has Victor David Hanson as one of the primary contributors and really digs into Patton’s post war roles, opinions, statements, etc. Seems the deep state was very much out to get him, but in the military. Much like the civilian derps did with President Trump. Gen’l Marshall tapped his phones. Ike said he might be losing his marbles. Bradley said something similar. They ALL accused him of admiring the Nazis he had just defeated more than the Russian allies. Because he saw what the Russians were doing and the tragic loss of life, genocides happening and was the one person who wouldn’t shut up. So they shut him up.
