That's another reason I believe the Cruise lines won't get back to 2018-19 economics.
The Cruise Lines have aggravated to many potential cruisers, by voluntarily moving the goal posts, and ass kissing our CDC to pacify their enemy the CDC.
I personally know an elderly couple that will do a river cruise in the USA because everybody has to be vaccinated ,but they will not do any other cruise if it has unvaccinated people onboard. I sense a lot of elderly cruisers feel that way.
So I think the Cruise Lines can get hit both ways on these so-called vaccine requirements.
In post #2 rktman touches on this when he posts: "As long as they insist on segregating vaxxers(certified of course) and anti-vaxxers(?)[no cert or don’t want to show it], it may be a while." -Tom
Yes you may be right...
Im still waiting to hear if I get to cruise. ...
Carnival has been sending out EMails to those on July cruises...denials or acceptance...they have been denying infants and toddlers probably because of the mask thing...
Right now I have 51 days and a wake up till my cruise...For the past 16 months I couldnt get lower than 60 days before cancellations...
If I get denied I get all of my money back...
