While COVID-19 vaccination rates may lag among some groups, that's not the case for practicing physicians in the United States.
More than 96% are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with no significant difference in vaccination rates across regions, according to a new survey from the American Medical Association.
Even among the 4% not yet vaccinated, 45% said they do plan to get their vaccine.
"Practicing physicians across the country are leading by example, with an amazing uptake of the COVID-19 vaccines," said Dr. Susan Bailey

I have one colleague who isn’t and he wears a mask all winter every year. Not just covid year.

I can see this. Being a doctor and constantly in enclosed spaces with sick people would certainly change my risk assessment on this matter.

Maybe not, but at least the AMA poll was of verified physicians. The AAPS one seems to be of internet randos who self-reported as physicians or medical professionals.

My doctor opposed the jab, but was obliged to take it in order to maintain his hospital privileges.

No idea particularly if you include retired and nonclinical physicians. i would say the vast majority that treat hospitalized and ill patients on a regular basis are vaccinated

Maybe so, but the AMA is known as a political and politically biased outfit (they are trying to demand all member physicians incorporate CRT (Critical Race Theory) into their work), whereas the other organization is less concerned about politics than medical science.
Did these 300 respondents vote on whether the virus came from a lab…I bet the same 94% agree.

Just look at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas that are laying people off who refuse to get the so called vaccine.
