The last show is today.

Less than 9 minutes now. SAD day. Conservative talk radio will never be the same.
Thank you for the update. I’ve missed seeing the daily pings, but I haven’t listened to the show for the past few months. It was just too painfu,l and I don’t care for Ken Matthews. I don’t know how I feel about the new show. I’ve never heard of Clay Travis and Buck Sexton sounds very Ken Matthew-ish to me. Which is meh.
Bottom line...they ain’t Rush.
Whatever happened to Mark Steyn?? He must be out of the country for yet another extended visit. He's been a disappointment. Steyn has so much talent, and conservatism needs him. But he always seems to be MIA.
NOPE. :-(
I’ve noticed the same thing, too.
I think all the guest hosts on Rush have done very well. I switched to Dan Bongino when he launched his daily show.
The Walt Disney program ran for 12 or so years after Walt died in December 1966.
Dana added her name to the list of people at National Review magazine who attempted to discredit President Trump. I will not be listening to her. That last caller to the show today simply made me cry. He described how listening to Rush changed his life.
Love you Rush.
You are missed. RIP.
I wish they had instituted a succession plan while he was still alive. The “dead air” time since he died in March has greatly undermined his legacy.
Just ended and I’m feeling a overwhelming sense of loss all over again. I’m convinced more than ever that Rush’s death was symbolic of the point of no return in this country. We are in for some very dark times.
And KMOX now is a big bag of nothing. It is “Who cares?” radio. I have gone to the internet for alternatives and so far, Jimmy Failla is my fave… but who knows how long that will last?
The thing that annoyed me about 1080 was the CBS TDS national news feeds on the breaks.
That would have been nice. IIRC it was just before Groundhog Day and he sounded like he was planning on coming in the next day.
Well, it just so happened that I didn’t listen today. Did I miss anything worthwhile?
My heart sank the day I heard, “Ladies and gentlemen, Katherine Limbaugh.”
I listened in the weeks following Rush’s death, but had to ween myself away to mourn on my own.
The greatest ever.
RIP Rush.
What is date of his last actual show?
Last segment and caller is worth listening to:

I”m going to try to find the whole show and listen to it later.
Forever dittos.
Yup. Although one of the news readers/reporters (John Silva) isn't too bad. I think the WTIC news readers who do the reports at the top and bottom of the hour are based locally, until about midnight when WTIC switches to the national CBS news.
All CT radio stations that I know of air some form of leftist national news at the top of each hour. WJMJ in Hartford (Catholic radio) has the truly awful ABC national news for their news breaks. Their newscasts are to the *left* of CBS' news reports!
Give WHYN 560 AM a try, if you can get it. At the top of each hour, they air the national news via Fox News.
And WHYN airs the very funny Howie Carr M-F at 3:00pm. My only complaint about his show are the insane number of commercials. I think he has more ads than any other conservative talk show host on air these days.
Yes... Forever dittos.
