It sure looks to me that in AZ and GA it’s going to be established that Trump was the true winner. I don’t think those 2 states are enough to switch the Electoral College, but other states are in play.

My pessimistic self says that that even under the best circumstances, the Constitution contains no language that can allow a change in presidents at this point. There is no mechanism.

My optimistic self says that if it’s out there in black and white that the Democrats cheated and Biden really didn’t win, then why on earth would Biden be allowed to play president for a full 4 years?

Knowing exactly that, I have held zero hope. My desire at this point that it will cause heavy damage to all Democrats and make it impossible for Biden/Harris to do anything. That of course, is contingent on Republicans in Congress to actually capitalize on the audit results. They are 99% pussies and would try their best to be collegial with their Democrat betters so they can continue to be friends, go to dinner parties and have pleasant conversations in the halls of Congress.

At best this would result in a situation where the RAT Senators who actually did not win would be recalled by their States and replaced by the actual winners.

It would give the GOP a Senate Majority and hopefully would mean all the Bills they passed to this point would require a revote.

Absent a limiting Congressional enactment, the US Supreme Court has plenary, all writs judicial power to carry out its constitutional duties. In a proper case, if the Court wants, it can remove a president installed through gross electoral fraud.

There may not be a Constitutional "mechanism," but there are plenty of precedents at lower electoral levels to handle fraudulent elections. The beneficiaries of stolen elections cannot be rewarded for their theft. Common sense.

GA and AZ account for 27 electoral votes. Biden got 306. We need one more state. WI with 10 would give Trump a tie with 269 throwing the election into the House.

NB: If the senate races in GA and AZ are affected, the GOP could gain two additional seats.
