I think he’s a remarkably normal person.
And a great musician.

And he has had a very difficult life. I’m not a super fan, but I watched a documentary about him years ago. Just very hard stuff from his childhood on, and then his poor little boy died, very sad. But he keeps on keeping on which is all you can do sometimes.

Very good.
Thoughtful, rational.
I understand he plays a musical instrument.

Great interview. Gotta look up Robin Monotti and the Buckingham Group (?) now. I put it on my FB page but we’ll see what they do with it, lol.
To: Bloodandgravy
Saw him with Cream. He lives up to all the hype...and then some.

Count me in for that. On a side note, instead of news, I’ve been watching a ton of Musician Bios on Prime, Hulu and others. I was so lucky to have lived through some of the best music ever. The bios are almost always really good...with many surprises.

Saw him at Crossroads in Dallas Sept 2019. Just announced he'll be playing in Fort Worth and Houston this coming September.
Many memories from that concert, one of my favorites was him playing with Los Lobos on "Made to Break Your Heart."

I’d really like to hear a new live version of “Mainline Florida”, from 461 Ocean Blvd...literally from 461 Ocean Blvd., wih EC and his friends in Florida at the housewarming party.

One of the great guitarists that came out of the band the Yardbirds. Who were the other greats that came from that band? Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck, although all of them were at different times not together, IIRC.
