Three ranking Republican members urged President Biden to stop China’s nuclear arms expansion in a joint letter earlier this week, warning that failure to act could lead to “a degree of nuclear parity” between China and the United States by 2030.
In the letter, Reps. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.) of the House Armed Services Committee, Michael McCaul (R-Texas), of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) of the House Intelligence Committee, noted that China’s rapidly developing nuclear forces pose a growing threat and that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is unwilling to engage in a good-faith arms race and arms control negotiations with the United States.

Hell, joe campaigned on getting rid of the bomber/ICBM part of the triad and relying on just 4 nuke subs from now on. Don’t think a letter will do much guys.
those 3 republicans should be recalled for being stupid enough to draft such a letter.... as if Biden has the desire (let alone ability) to dictate to China what it should do.

I disagree. Biden is in China‘s pocket and will never do anything to stop them, but you have to get yourself on record opposing it as often as you can when there’s an inevitable conflict on the horizon

Having studied what happened with Skolkovo advanced technologies which were transferred by the anti-American Obama/Clinton/Biden/Brennan/Rice/Pelosi/deep state machine went the entire gambit — cyber, electromagnetic, laser, hypersonic, “sub-marine”, NBC, and space, and included integrated communications and databases with google, amazon, and many others long involved and friendly with Russia (some since 1993/1994, think gates and many from menlo park ca).

Their vote on the 6th is more telling of their worthiness to serve.
Cowardly as they may be (and they certainly are that), there’s no downside to getting on the record with China as often as possible.
Don’t ever expect the GOP to stick their necks out past the media Overton window except for a few like Trump and maybe a few others about election integrity, lab leak, Lafayette park, HCQ, etc. They’re petrified of being called a kook and a crank conspiracy theorist by the media. Even in the “conspiracy” is true, it only matters if they’re guaranteed vindication before their next election.
Too bad you’re gone. Someday, we’ll have very few conservatives posting conservative info.
