Maybe it’s time for the US Bastille Day?
Republicans in Congress, even though they are in the minority, have the power and responsibility to demand the rights granted citizens be respected and obeyed by federal judges, prosecutors, and bureaucrats. They can and should push the issue daily on the floor of the chamber and in the press as the Democrats do when they are in the minority.
The fact they have not taken up the cause of freedom is evidence if they do return to the majority in the future, nothing will change.
Where are all of the republican congress people raising hell about this? Must be scared to say anything. Sad!
Where is President Trump and his people on this problem and why don’t we hear anything from him?
This is no different than being in Hitler’s Berlin Germany back in the late 30’s.
I know and understand, but that is where we are. It is a sad, no pathetic situation that over the years people gave their lives for us to be where we are. Where are we? We are at the place where the People do not give a damn about their freedom. Nor the sacrifices that were made by others so they can have it. Today, we are at the place where all the People care about is that the other guy wear a face mask, NFL football, NBA basketball, MLB baseball. That the 2020 election was stolen from an an honest man and replaced with a thief, liar, and crook very few give a whit. Very few care but most don’t. Most say “President Biden.” But there are a few of us that will die before they utter those words. The hoodlums of and in BLM and ANTIFA continue wild beating up innocent individuals and no one a position of authority does anything to stop it. The poor political prisoners locked up in the Washington, D.C. Jail[s] continue to have unspoken indignities and tortures inflicted upon then daily, if not hourly. These are honorable men being held by a Judge of whom there is no word in any language that is derogatory enough, vile enough, perverse enough to describe. But that is where we are and it will only get worse from this point. Why? Because evil is firmly in control and evil hates good./p>
