Republicans in Congress, even though they are in the minority, have the power and responsibility to demand the rights granted citizens be respected and obeyed by federal judges, prosecutors, and bureaucrats. They can and should push the issue daily on the floor of the chamber and in the press as the Democrats do when they are in the minority.

The fact they have not taken up the cause of freedom is evidence if they do return to the majority in the future, nothing will change.

These guys made the Republicans in Congress run and hide like scared rabbits. They're not going to go easy on them after that.
