I’m thinking of using Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage and see what happens. I’ll probably be better off cooking the sausage separately, adding it later + egg mixture over the hot vegs.

So tasty and convenient if you hard boil a bunch and have them ready to go. I just grab a few, mix up the deviled egg mix, and don’t even bother with the bread. Try to mix it up by seasoning with steak seasoning, cajun seasoning, ...

Anyone ever hear of Rudy Stanish The Omelet King? He cooked omelets for President Kennedy and Jackie,appeared on Whats my Line,and had his own aluminum omelet pan made by Club Aluminum. Around 1993 he cooked at the Catholic church here in SW Pennsylvania for a benefit breakfast. He had three table top burners going and whipped up a hundred omelets or so.

3 backyard eggs and home roast coffee every morning.

Pro-Tip: Use a small cast iron pan, butter, herbs and a lid. Serve IN the pan. Eggs stay HOT to the last bite.

That’s the way I do it. Bring water to boil, drop in eggs, boil for 15 mins. Works every time.
