I actually know a few practicing medical doctors and they are nothing like you. Yes they are very successful, humble and easy to talk to. This is even when we rarely have disagreements. Furthermore, they do not spend much time on political chat boards like you, and never let the world know they are doctors. This is because they do not have the time and they rather spend their free time doing something else. Did you buy your degree online?
You on the other hand are the complete opposite of them.
