U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks released video footage from a home security camera that appears to show a process server entering the garage at the congressman’s Huntsville residence to serve a lawsuit to his wife on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Brooks said Monday night he had been served with the lawsuit while in Saks near Anniston while campaigning for U.S. Senate.
Brooks and his wife, Martha, filed an incident report with Huntsville police for criminal trespassing following the Sunday incident.

Throw the book at him.
In a just world Swalwell would be in prison for treason.
Links don’t work.
why are they serving his wife?
I like Martha. She doesn’t suffer fools. You could see she was giving that guy the what-for. :-)
The link does work. I just watched the video via his link.

You could add....so many names to that list.
thanks, but I don’t click YouTube links. it messes up my playlist. I honestly don’t want to know that bad.
Wow, she pulled into her garage. He came speeding up in his car, bailed out and RAN into her garage. She would have been justified to shoot him dead. That looked like a carjacker or a home invasion.
There are many places where she was justified in giving him 115 grains.
Not according to state law in Texas under the description of “home invasion.”
In process serving, we saw this all the time. He was pretty good, actually. All legal. All above board. A lawsuit to challenge this will be thrown out...unless specifically he committed violence, stole something from their property, stayed there longer than about 30 seconds or so to perform the serve, or went in with a criminal offense intended.
I hope she got a lesson in situational awareness.
Frivolous lawsuit.
There is no connection between the rioters and Mr Brooks. And no connection between his challenge of the election and the riot. This is just to burn time and money.
She had every right to shoot him.
Ok, what happens if the homeowner mistakes the process server for a home invader? In Texas we can shoot home invaders. The f**ker should not have gone into her garage.
There's a hack I could explain to you to prevent that from happening... You got three hours time? And an advanced degree in Computer Science?
Step 1 (of 387 steps): You have to reconfigure your deflector phalanx to emit anti-tachyons...
