Good points. Thank you. Yes, the Supreme Court has the power to looks at the facts from the 2020 Election. However, there is a power superior to the Supreme Court which is a mixture of solidarity (suffering people) and the Lord (Who hears their cries.)

I agree that they might have no power to enforce recourse or to even judge. I would just like the info in the public domain so that it can be used preventatively in the future. State election commissions might get a fire set under them. Corruption has been so far imbedded that we just accept it as the norm, regardless of where it came from!
