Kenneth Miles Davis, I first thought the name does not appear to be a protected class shooter.

But I see from the photo that in fact he is in the protected class.

Actually they aren’t. In fact, DC is shall issue on CCW permits ever since 2014 and Wrenn v. District of Columbia.

They make you jump through some hoops, but in the end, they have to give you a CCW permit:

He shot into a Porsche. I assume this is a private security person for foreigners in DC. Has to be private given his car. Obviously military trained. But he is American.

Something similar happened to me. I passed one of those vinyl clothed race bikers and blew my horn at him as he started to drift into my lane; idiot rather than just chalking it off comes up to my drivers side window and hammers on it yelling at me that he had his rights blah blah blah when I slowly lowered my sun visor and he noticed the gun velcro'd up there; he starts screaming "Now you're pulling a gun on me!?" He calls 911 and gives a report to the cops - lied the whole time. After he was asked to verify his story he said it was true. I emailed the cop a copy of my dash cam which recorded the whole incident - video and sound. He was later charged with filing a false police report.

Isn't karma great?

Dash cams are not that expensive and I urge folks to get one.

Never ceases to amaze. They know that they'll spend years in jail, once apprehended and convicted, yet they don't even pause for a millisecond before they unleash their aggression.
