Part of her road to recovery is federal compensation that will cover her extensive medical bills. She wants to see a federal compensation system that is fair to her and others who suffer rare complications from COVID-19 vaccines.
The only current option for people who suffer COVID-19 vaccine injuries is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, a system known for turning most applicants down. Since 2010, the program has received 701 requests for compensation and granted financial benefits to 29 people. Currently, 210 of those claims are pending, according to data updated on April 1 by the program.
As of Wednesday, the program has received 152 claims involving COVID-19 vaccines and 293 involving other treatments, said David Bowman, spokesman with the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration.
Administrative staff within the countermeasures program decide who receive benefits and review appeals. People alleging harm must file within one year of getting a vaccine, according to the program's website.
The program also will not compensate anyone for non-economic damages, such as pain, suffering and disfigurement, said Stephen Justino, Lippy's lawyer.
“It’s a woefully inadequate system,” he said.

We need more funds shaken loose from the corrupt system to pay for actual losses due to Covid-19 'vaccines'. The corrupt government forcing this on us has no intention of compensating anyone - that has to change. Especially if they plan to try to FORCE everyone to get it, while NO ONE is responsible for death and disability of these half-baked biowarfare agents.

The plan sounds OK, but I’d separate into two groups.
Support and help the ones who were forced to get the vaccine.
Run away from the ones who eagerly ran toward the needle.
The public harmed by the ‘vaccines’ are expected to fight the federal government to prove that the vaccines caused harm, when members of CDC/NIH/FDA would all be proven guilty for their participation.
Any one case that prevailed would set the precedent for millions of cases to follow; so they will make sure, as they are doing now with VAERS, to declare that not a single instance of harm has ever been caused by the ‘vaccines’.
The government will use taxpayer funds, as many as needed, to defeat the public as citizens strive to obtain compensation for death of a family breadwinner, disability, etc.
The NIH has seeded federal funds in colleges and institutions nation-wide so it can basically request research to be fabricated from illustrious institutions to make it’s case seem legit.
For example, recall they compelled the Lancet to print information no one believed, to serve a short-term purpose, and then the Lancet withdrew the ridiculous, unfounded “Science” but the Pharma vax pushers and trolls still cite the Lancet.

Many of those who “eagerly ran towards the needle” may not have been forced in terms of keeping their jobs, but possibly for travel that was essential. I haven’t gotten in it, but the coercion is strong - and I don’t have the luxury of losing my job over this. Keeping fingers crossed; the decline in cases should make this drumbeat for vaccination go away, no?

Definitely. The scam has long since been identified; now it’s just control.
And if you could lose your job by declining, then you are being FORCED, and are not running toward the needle. I feel sorry for y’all in that position; it’s a tough one.

The program doesn’t pay out like some on FR claim they will. It is run by people whose job it is to deny claims, not approve them. Claims are only for direct financial losses anyway.

Exactly. hence, their claiming across the State level medical directors that no one had ever died from the vaccine. Wife gets a bi-weekly briefing from the State, and they make that claim every time.
It’s not rare if you hear about it every day, it’s getting to be quite common.

Yup, blanket immunity as people are being coerced into using them. At least you have a choice whether to live near a nuke plant or not.

While all 263,000 VAERS reports are individually listed in numerical order, they do not break them down by vaccine. You would have to read through them to try to find that individual one.
I should add that there are 206,000 additional reports received by VAERS that have not yet been published. They are at least 6 weeks behind. But, they pulled the J&J ones out of order and looked at them after the news about the brain blood clots became an issue. So hers may be in there.
