What are those? BTW, no one has answered my question why body-builders are so lean and muscular (without steroids). Everyone here should know the answer.

Neither are cold, boiled potatoes - they’re a resistant ‘slow carb’ starch, for those who can’t deal with full low carb eating - or can’t live without potato salad, like me:
