For some reason, my section of New England is so bursting with Rhododendrons, that I just hop on my motorcycle and ride around and around, just looking at them.
Several people have remarked that they have never seen anything like it.

Memorial Day weekend: Remember our fallen.
Finally! 3.8" of rain last week, followed by warm weather: Everything is coming up veggies...and weeds. LOL
Asparagus is finished for the season; needs to be fertilized.
Our 40+ YO rhubarb, which we 'inherited' when we bought over 25 years ago, has pretty much shot its wad, so this year I set out 6 new crowns, in a new bed: "Glaskins Perpetual". I've dug, divided, re-manured, and fertilized, the old, but it just fails to produce any more.
Still need to plant green beans & corn.
