This Memorial Weekend
Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Excerpt from George Washington’s Farewell Address in 1796, about political parties. To me the dangers he warned about have all come to pass.
I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the state, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party, generally.
This spirit, unfortunately, is inseparable from our nature, having its root in the strongest passions of the human mind. It exists under different shapes in all governments, more or less stifled, controlled, or repressed; but, in those of the popular form, it is seen in its greatest rankness, and is truly their worst enemy.
The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind, (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight,) the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.
It serves always to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.
There is an opinion, that parties in free countries are useful checks upon the administration of the Government, and serve to keep alive the spirit of Liberty. This within certain limits is probably true; and in Governments of a Monarchical cast, Patriotism may look with indulgence, if not with favor, upon the spirit of party. But in those of the popular character, in Governments purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency, it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose. And, there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be, by force of public opinion, to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume.

I never understood what was behind Netanyahu’s popularity gaps at home. He was understood in the West, very charismatic, but his critics in the homeland were not often heard and never covered with much depth, here. Maybe never covered at all.
Maybe he was more divisive at home and held controversy, or fear, as a gainful political tool.
Idk what is true, but found him charming and always easy to agree with.

You have my (son's) sympathy. He had major back surgery about 5 weeks ago, L5-S1. He is beginning to walk a bit and bend a little... fusion. He says the worst symptoms are absent. Carefully from day to day improving; can now drive a car briefly. Still occasionally taking a pain pill or muscle relaxant.
Many (FR) prayers have gone up. Steady progress - but the vertebrates have to grow together, like a tooth implant, it takes time. The surgeon said there was considerable damage.
Perhaps a course you should consider. Have you had any imaging done? A simple (cheap) x-ray is a good start.

Truthfully, however, I think the idea is naive and the phenomenon unavoidable. When Washington became president the issue was academic: just bask in the warmth of newfound freedom, freedom from a powerful tyranny - which few originally thought possible.
History teaches that governing a diverse population is challenging. I credit myself with the saying: Politics is the science of compromise! That is a contradictory statement but oh so necessary when differences arise. Compromise is like water at a wine tasting event that has run out of wine - or perhaps even more like vinegar: it lacks rich satisfaction - turns a few bitter.
BUT - compromise is essential in order to keep the peace and keep social institutions functioning. When politics fails, violence looms. Interest groups form and unite behind shared goals. Politics is how the social process continues to function. The most common alternative is tyranny.

Thank you, Bob - I’ve only had the X-ray. Insurers insist that be the only test until there’s evidence to support something more useful like an MRI.
I’m getting PT from a good hands-on PT woman that seems to enjoy inflicting pain on me (and oddly, I seem to enjoy her doing so also). She’s really good, excellent understanding of the physiology involved.
Praise the Lord! My son would joke that you must have been sleeping hanging upside down like a bat. :) (My son is an RN so I am careful about arguing.)

Yes, most insurance today will settle for an x-ray and if injury is evident will require PT before approving an MRI. PT can turn the tables often, but usually only for a period of time. It can be a frustrating process when there is considerable discomfort.
Some people find relief through a chiropractor.
