The first man in the world to receive a Covid-19 vaccination has died, aged 81. Bill Shakespeare was only the second person in the world to get the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine in December at University Hospital Coventry.
Coventry councillor Jayne Innes said that Mr Shakespeare had died and said the “best tribute to Bill is to have the jab”. In a Facebook post, she added: “Bill will be remembered for many things, including a taste for mischief.”
West Midlands Labour group said on Twitter: “Bill made global headlines as the first man to have Covid vaccine. “His decades of service to the party were recently recognised by Keir Starmer.
“Our thoughts are with Joy and Bill’s family and friends.”
Mr Shakespeare leaves his wife Joy, their two adult sons and grandchildren.

Well if the first man to get the vaccine was the second person in the world, then it stands to reason that a woman was the first person.

Red Badger left out a thing or two (he skipped right over the
very first paragraph which is): “The first man to receive a Covid-19 vaccination has died of an unrelated illness, aged 81.” Note: “unrelated illness”.
He also left out this rather interesting paragraph later in the article:
“French media and social networks were abuzz Tuesday with speculation about a mysterious offer to influencers and YouTube personalities asking them to publicly denigrate the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine in return for money.”
Really? They need to specify that for you Catlyn?
Good review...I cannot understand why so little research is done or reported on regarding treatment and/or blocking the effects of the virus vs. the necessity for getting the vaccine.
Where are all the formal post injection studies?Why depend on VAERS?

your duty and provide all the facts.

It makes me sad that so many of my work contacts have not only gotten the experimental gene therapy poison injected into them, but that they get mad at me for pointing out that it might have been dangerous to do so.

The pensioner made history when he was given the vaccine at University Hospital Coventry, shortly after 91-year-old Margaret Keenan.
It marked a turning point in the fight against coronavirus and the start of the biggest vaccination programme in history.
Following his jab, Mr Shakespeare said: “Groundbreaking, I think, isn’t it?
“It could make the difference to our lives from now on. It’s the start of changing our lives and our lifestyle.”
He added he had been spending lockdown with his wife, and the pair had been “virtually locked down” the entire time - apart from a few trips to the local shops on his wife’s part, but he hasn’t been penning any plays like his namesake.
