At the end of day, the best defense against any virus and especially respiratory virus is to keep lungs strong with aerobic exercise. That is better than any vaccine. JMHO.

The virus makes many, many more copies of the spike protein than the vaccine does, so if the spike is emitted, which hasn’t been proven, and is dangerous, which hasn’t been proven, those who get virus are in many, many times more danger.
You don’t know what an executive summary is.
You are grossly uneducated about this. It sounds like you are trying to convince yourself that getting the shot was the right thing to do...

I like you as well you being a good solid conservative.
Only point I want to make is it is ridiculous to predict dire future consequences for an “experimental” vaccine. By the very fact it is brand new technology in vaccine world, no one has any data about the future results. The future is simply not here yet.
Another important point to keep in mind is it has been 6+ months since people began vaccinations. Have 80,000 people died from it? Or even suffered serious consequences? If it is way less than 80,0000 then the vaccine is more than 99.95% safe based on 160 million already vaccinated.
First I was told bad effects from vaccine will show up in a matter of days. Today I was told it could take 5 years. Pretty soon it will be 10 years.
In the meanwhile my daily exercise routine continues, mainly to avoid heart disease and keep my blood sugar levels in check. Avoiding respiratory diseases like covid is just a side benefit. I have not had even a cold in 10 years. And I take no man made vitamin pills. It is Florida sunshine, plenty of fruits and vegetables and seldom eat red meat. The blackened shrimp platter at Sunset Grille in St Augustine is to die for LOL.
