So on my treadmill, speed is in mph - example 2.3 mph. So I’m not sure if you’re saying the same thing.
And elevation is adjustable in .5 increments. This isn’t identified as degrees, so I’m not sure how to compare.
After a heart attack 8 years ago, I set it at 2.3 mph -2.6 mph for 30 minutes and adjust elevation to keep my heart in the target range.

103 deg F fevers for 5 days, white blisters size of dimes covered my entire body except palms, feet bottoms. I do not remember having blisters on penis, but entire face, neck, chest, back, arms and legs had blisters. Now 73 years later, I still have marks on face left by the smallpox.
In my mother-tongue smallpox is called “dayvee” which means goddess, and I still remember my mother taking me to the Hindu temple in Mumbai to thank the goddess Kali for sparing the son.
Mortality rate with smallpox is 30+%.
2.3 miles in 60 minutes for you compares with my 1 mile in 23-24 minutes = 2.5 miles per hour.
The treadmill has 0.5 degree adjustments. I start out with 4 clicks which is 2 degrees. After 15 minutes I drop it to 1.5 degrees. As soon as the treadmill shows I have covered one mile, I stop.
Then I workout with the weight machine for 10 minutes, pulling light weights with 1 break.

Please remember NONE OF THE VACCINES protect you from infection. Vaccines do not produce a coating of steel armor around your body to prevent the virus from entering.
Only purpose of vaccine is to familiarize you body with the virus signature, so that in most people anti-bodies are created for the particular virus. If you are in proximity of an infected person coughing or sneezing or talking loud without a mask, the airborne covid-19 virus will enter your respiratory system. You could even test positive for covid-19. But the anti-bodies in your system give you a leg up in fighting the virus. Your body is unlikely to create a massive response to the unfamiliar virus which can destroy your lungs.
At the end of day, the best defense against any virus and especially respiratory virus is to keep lungs strong with aerobic exercise. That is better than any vaccine. JMHO.

Amazing right? I actually know a few people who are angry they only got a year warranty on their appliances, but are perfectly fine giving their body up for experimentation.

My feelings exactly. The government is absolutely corrupt and they have a full court press going on to get everyone vaccinated. I’d rather die than take or do anything recommended by these cretins at this point.

Main reason is my wife’s cancer doctor recommended it to her.
Her stage-4 cancer was diagnosed 40 months ago. With all the radiation treatments and chemo every 3 weeks for 3 years, her immune system is highly compromised. If I caught covid-19 and brought it home, she would not survive. Besides that my biology degreed daughter is involved in clinical trials and knows a lot about the nature of this vaccine, after getting it herself as a hospital employee she qualified early for the vaccine. She recommended both of us get the vaccine. If my wife has exhibited no bad side effects from the vaccine, I really do not understand the fear porn being disseminated here with conjecture of long term problems by the mRNA based based vaccine without ZERO evidence data of long term effects. Simply can not have any data about the future. The future is not here yet.
I trust our cancer doctor, our family doctor and my daughter who probably knows more than any non-medically qualified people posting articles about the future effects of vaccines. That is what psychics do, predict the future events.

Has anyone heard of 80,000 deaths or dire consequences in USA from the vaccine?
Assuming 80,000 people suffer serious problems from the vaccine (I am over-estimating), that would be 0.05% of vaccinated people. That is safer than driving, safer than most prescription drugs, and safer than swallowing low dose Aspirin daily.
