About ANYTHING you say or ask of any group not white is racist today. Black, red, yellow, tan, brown, you name it. If you are white you are automatically BORN a racist. It is apparently in our blood. We simply cannot be nice to other races. We are natural born racist. NOT!!! (sarcasm offf)

I’m all for dress codes- no one wants to see your underwear or hairy armpits when they are eating.

Gentlemen take off their hats when meeting a lady or entering a room. My Dad taught me that as a little kid.

Dominique Wilkins: “Don’t you know who I am?”

Restaurant host to DW: “Yes - you’re the guy with the attire that does not meet our policy. We’re not able to accept your patronage while wearing athletic gear.”

DW: “But I’m in the Basketball HoF - you’re just being racist because of my skin color.”

Host: “No, we are only rejecting your attire as inappropriate for our policy. You are welcome to return when your attire meets the policy.”

DW: (now on Twitter) Racist, racist, racist!

Summed up: attempting to be reasonable will only get you labeled a racist so just throw the doors open to all.

I remember Paulie Walnuts (Sopranos) used suspenders to hold up his sweat pants

Most of those look very good (no wild colors or big logos), but still too casual if a restaurant wants a business casual dress code (jeans and sneakers are not really business casual either, though).

I think this restaurant is tres snob to people of all colors.

“ Plus, it’s now okay to dress casually almost everywhere, even sweatpants at a wedding is not unheard of in some circles.“

Ya. Some ‘people’ think it’s ok to have no rules of decorum

How’s that working out for us

It’s not working out.

Reason #4,304,853 for not eating out.

The hoity toity restaurant is full of it, too: They have a picture of a dog with it’s paws on the table. What the heck has that dog walked through and did the owner wipe it’s behind last time it pooped on the sidewalk? But then they have human dress codes. Ridiculous.

Then they state on the website, “We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, gender, birthday, dining choices, or other personal interests or preferences, when you visit our website or one of our restaurants” https://www.lebilboquetatlanta.com/restaurant/policies

LOL, the restaurant is so fake. They’ve named each entree beginning with “Le” to make believe they’re french but then it’s followed by English.

Of course, side dishes are extra. $8 for french fries. A 10 lb bag of potatoes at Walmart costs less than $4 or about 20 cents per potato. Restaurants buy in bulk so they’re paying much less than we do.

Yeah, everyone should dress up for fries.

Oh boo-boo... I follow dress code and if a restaurant wants you to wear a tux and an evening town to eat, I would follow the rules. We even are teaching our kids that. If you want to look like a thug, go to Checkers/Rally...

the breakfast food faux pas

Stupid journalist. There was no faux pas. The waitress told him there was a wait and he didn't want to wait. End of story. He shouldn't be able to cut to the front of the line.
