Side note - new Physical Therapist for my back pain and sciatica, and she is really good. She’s doing some “hands on” and working a lot of knots and tightness out of the muscles surrounding the lower back/abdominal region.
I think this is going to work out for me...
Just don’t count your shakras outloud.
