Advice requested for how to defend myself against discrimination for not getting the Fauci-Ouchie (vaccine)

I've got job interviews coming up and I am a little nervous about being asked whether I've had the CV19 vaccine.

Good luck getting that blood work. I tried and failed. They’re not even testing blood donations for antibodies anymore (did that). I believe that there’s an effort to deny such services. The evidence is everywhere. My experience at the clinic when I was seeking such a test was creepy.

Furthermore, all queries on T-Detect COVID test have been stonewalled. My insurance rep can’t even get an answer thus far.

In addition, they claim a nasal swab sample supports antibody testing; I don’t believe that’s credible absent a blood draw, supported by statements still published on the FDA website.

Taken as a whole, this is a conspiracy to compel universal ‘shots’ for all of these wholly-experimental injections, with direct discrimination shortly to follow some current unrecognized compelling ‘crisis’ to justify the actions (a ‘crisis’ I’ve predicted/outlined prior).

If compelled, it will not end well.

"If you're 60 years old and you've been working here for 30 years you don't have to be vaccinated, but if you are 20 years old and starting next week you do."

Every employer I know required a pre-employment drug screening but under most circumstances can't do the same for existing employees. You may think that's dumb as well but it's no different than requiring a vaccine as a condition of hirihg.

I am an honest person by nature -- even more so in my professional work. And yet I would feel no moral or legal obligation to be truthful in a setting like that.

Then you're an honest person depending on circumstances.

Always negotiate from a position of power. Be honest, forthright and confident. Do you really want to work for a company that is so woke? That is how you can weed out the cowardly, passive and probably incompetent employers.

Don’t lie about it. The truth is your foundation so lying shows
you don’t have a true foundation on which to stand. Thus most
likely not something they will want to see in a new employee.

Just lie. You have nothing to lose. If you tell the truth they won’t hire you. If you make an excuse, they won’t hire you. If they demand proof, quit or let them fire you and collect enhanced funemployment for a year.

“any employer who has had staff working from home for the last 14 months will seriously consider operating this way indefinitely and never bring them back.”

A dear friend of mine has an upper-level staff position at a big pharma headquarters campus. The virtual-work setup has been successful enough that a couple weeks ago they were told that all staff would remain virtual indefinitely. Perhaps forever.

I hadn’t thought of that as a solution to the vax/no-vax issue in the workplace, but you’re right! It makes sense in this atmosphere.

This is NOT a vaccine... so if you have had all of your other REAL vaccines, then you can truthfully say “Yes... I am fully vaccinated”.

Your desire to publicly know what others think you should do would lead me to suspect you should take the jab already.

Less peer pressure that way.

Do this discussion about COVID vaccinations for work doesn’t apply anyways

Let’s see. Spain is a amber country. 10 day quarantine and 3 privately paid COVID tests to go to the UK - one to board the flight and 2 after arrival.

They will be lifting that testing and quarantine requirements soon for those with a vaccine passport

No, I'm an honest person when it matters. If you ask me something that's none of your damn business -- or require me to subject myself to a medical procedure that isn't even approved by the FDA as a condition of employment -- then I have no obligation to tell you the truth.

It must have been sad for you -- growing up with no Santa Claus. :-P

There's another aspect of this issue that is worth noting, too. And it explains why any employer mandating COVID vaccines as a condition of employment is really putting itself at risk in a big way.

Pharmaceutical firms are immune from lawsuits related to defective products and damaging side effects from vaccines.

So imagine a scenario where the employer requires people to get a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment and these employees end up with serious, permanent health effects from the vaccine. Who do you think the entire trial lawyer industry is going to be lining up to sue into bankruptcy? THE EMPLOYERS.

HIPAA is very narrow and only applies to health care workers and a couple
of their direct contractors in certain situations. There may be other laws that cover other situations but every employer and school i have ever attended have asked for proof of vaccinations and require health screenings before starting. Obviously working in health care the requirements are probably more stringent that in other places so ymmv
