We have a pandemic of low natural base level immunity in North America. It cannot be addressed by any vaccine. I keep my immune system tuned up and have zero chance of dying of cv19. People with vitD blood levels over about 45 ng/mL don’t die of cv19, either. As Dr Peter McCullough MD correctly pointed out, refusal to treat with effective therapeutics cost us 85% of the cv19 dead. I am responsible for my own immune system. Others are responsible for theirs. Stop murdering people through denial of treatment. It goes against your Hippocratic oath.

Vitamin D does help the many Americans who are Vitamin D deficient. If either of you ever do go to med school they’ll teach all about that. Until then, check out the Internet and read all about it.
The Pfizer vax claims 95% efficacy FOR TWO MONTHS. So far their efficacy rates STINK in real life. No one wants to talk about the deaths, heart attacks, strokes, blood clots and the repeated risks which compound as you get the vax over and over and over again.
Compare that with the protocols doctors have developed that cuts the death rate in the most vulnerable (comorbidities and age) by 85%. These protocols utilize medications that are safe, well-tolerated for decades and are still in use for other disease to date. No need to regularly repeat the protocols (boosters) over and over again. No spike proteins and no ‘discovering’ what really happens with the ‘vaccines’ (ADE, paralysis, neurological disease).
Do the math. And factor in the real death toll. May 5 the CDC quietly admitted the deaths tallied for covid are only 5% “Covid-only” and the other 95% have an average of 4 comorbidities. Consider all of last year the CDC and doctors intentionally withheld the right to try the treatments that other countries report great success with. The death toll would be even smaller had those people been given the right to try FDA approved drugs.
Those death stats were hideously, and intentionally inflated by any means necessary. So Covid is not the killer you pretend. And neither of you has demonstrated medical ethics, or anything else for that matter.
Here we are, watching ‘breakthrough infections’ replace original infections, and my friends are having neurological problems from the vax.
No, there are no hospital wards filling up with young people who ‘gambled’ or ‘thought they were bullet proof.’

Vitamin D is not a cv19 treatment, though it treats low immunity. Kinda pointless to give someone with organ failure vitD. They need it daily, every day of their lives, from sun or supplement. I agree with you in part but disagree with the latter half of your statement. Please review my posting history. I agree vitamin D is essential and as I have said based on those who have posted this including you I recommends\ supplementary vitamin D and take it daily.
However there is no universal vaccine as you hypothesize. And yes I have sent vitamin D panels on numerous of my patients and see no correlation which was confirmed by the JAMA article today.
There is not extra dollars in it for clinicians at bedside
