Somebody needs to design a card with a “novelty” parody version of the CDC logo.
Maybe have the bird be a outline of borders of China. Instead of “CDC” have it say “COC” with the fine print saying “Compliments of China”
You could argue that it’s just a joke and you aren’t illegally using the CDC logo and also probably use the card to fool people who aren’t looking closely at it.
I'm semi-retired / self employed. There is no employer who is going to require me to be vaccinated so that point doesn't apply to me. I post that information for others who may be affected.

Where are you getting that information? Are you suggesting the covid vaccines will be approved for license by the FDA prior to the trails being completed?
The covid vaccine trials themselves are designed to run up to 2 years which would be later than a couple of months. Moderna example:

Sure, why not? Plenty of people have posted their vaccination cards online with that information showing.
Put the CDC symbol on the fake card and call it a day. Who's gonna check? How will they check? They won't, there aren't enough people to do it and there's no system setup for it.

The difference comes down to the various emergency powers given to the governors. When they invoke those powers, they are given a LOT of wiggle room to do things ... like mask mandates in many cases.
Not saying I agree with what they did, just pointing out that the peoples elected state reps have given their governors quit a bit of power when it comes to emergency declarations.
However, there are laws against mandating unlicensed and unapproved medication. If there weren't, there would be no requirement to have a medication go through the testing and approval/rejection process. A pharmaceutical company (for example) could make some new medication and simply mandate their employees take it as a condition of employment.
That would be more likely to work.

They will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in this administration. Hell they will gladly throw hardened criminals back into the streets in order to make room for people forging vaccine cards. Trust me.
