The NCAA made loud proclamations in April that it could pull events from states with limits on transgender athletes. Still, now the college sports governing body has caved and will allow tournaments in states including Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas despite their laws restricting trans athletes.

I’m guessing, HOPING, that the S Dakota legislature will send its bill back to the Governors office so Noem can sign it, or not. Really get a chance to see where she stands with this out of the way.

If I’m not mistaken there were a few other Governors that used the same excuse as Noem. Let’s see what happens.

On a side note, any Georgia FR folks know if the Peach state has legislation preventing dudes from playing with girls? The thought of looking up anything to do with the corrupt and cowardly clowns in the state government is painful to me. Thanks in advance.

Kristi Noem’s argument against the SD bill just got a swift kick in the gonads....

Once Florida and a couple of other big states passed laws banning men from playing women’s sports the NCAA had no choice but to cave....

I did see where she stands, and she was frightened to death of the NCAA.

No she wasn’t.

Her money people were against the bill and she caved.

“Her money people were against the bill and she caved.”

True, but in the end, she got walked over. It’s now literally impossible for her to be able to have the character strength to handle the White House, where everything she’s seen in her political career is child’s play compared to DC.

That should be enough for a rational thinker.

That shark has already been jumped. It would have taken courage to stand up to the NCAA and Noem whiffed. Even is she signs it now she is already known as a coward.

In the South, particularly the Southeastern Conference, college sports are much bigger than professional sports, there was no way the NCAA was going to take on the SEC, parts of the ACC or the Big 12, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, etc.....without those schools the NCAA ceases to exist....

The best thing would be if the NCAA caved out of existence.

They are seeing the handwriting on the wall. Trans-athletes could wipe out women’s sports.
