The Pentagon has confirmed that newly leaked footage, appearing to show an unidentified aerial object that was filmed as it entered the ocean, was obtained by US Navy personnel and is being examined by the Navy’s UAP Task Force.
The video was obtained by personnel aboard the USS Omaha, a United States Navy Independence-class littoral combat ship, during a 2019 incident that occurred off the California coast.

It displays on a green and white screen.
It is also stabilized against the ship’s pitch and roll, and is locked on to an object several miles away.
There is no commercial equivalent, despite above contentions to the contrary.
No iPhone could capture that shot.
The video meets all criteria for a UFO/bigfoot sighting, grainy, blurry and indistinct.

There are lots of reports of such things coming and going from water - oceans and lakes - if there are videos, they just have not been released.
Not a bad idea since some UFO's might belong to our enemies but have been ignored since the 1960's.
You try whipping out your phone and taking a picture while negotiating heavy brush while moving and tracking a moving animal you did not expect to encounter, then get back on the image quality.

IR targeting is always pixelated and somewhat indistinct - it is not meant to take iPhone quality images; missiles do not need clear images to hit their targets.
Why is it only the US military that is seeing and recording these?
Britain, France, Japan, Russia - all have large, advanced militaries but there is little of no videos of these UFOs.
I know a guy who worked at NORAD. He said they’ve been tracking submersibles for years.

Consumer cameras as designed to take pretty pictures.
Military cameras are meant to identify a target and guide missiles to it under the most adverse conditions and at extreme speeds.
Your consumer camera could not even touch the requirements for a military cameras which operate in different parts of the EM spectrum and are used as aids to destroy things; they are NOT designed to take pretty pictures.
