Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), who was recently elected as the House Republican Conference chair, said that the Department of Justice’s questions about the audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona, may be unconstitutional.
The Justice Department on May 5 sent a letter to Arizona Senate Leader Karen Fann, a Republican, inquiring about the custody of the ballots under review by a group of private contractors, alleging that it other processes—including the canvassing of addresses—could be “voter intimidation.”

Would it not be funny if the SC refusal to hear the Election integrity cases in December mean that they now deny the DOJ any role in stopping the audit?

I notice that the DOJ has not taken the auditors to court yet. Perhaps they are afraid of the SC not taking "any role" on this.
On January 6 she was on the house floor exposing the fraud. She was on fire. She was driving home the cheating. Then, mid speach she was shut down and Congress closed. It’s like the Invaders timed it perfectly to shut her down. I think she’s the real deal and needs our support. She’s a firecracker.

I also noticed who The Dominion are NOT suing.
Lin Wood, Yep! The My Pillow guy? Oh, yeah. Rudy Giuliani? You bet.
Doctor Frank the mathematician? No.
Jovan Pulitzer the computer geek? Not him either.
In other words, they are not suing people that have the technical, or statistical background to call BS on their BS.
If the Justice Department interferes with the Maricopa County audit, the Biden Administration goes down!
We can get rid of a Democrat in the Senate if the evidence goes there should they look at all elections as some are wanting.
We can throw this in front of the voters every election for the rest of time.
Make for good ads when combined with that Foval character bragging about bussing in people for 50 years or Biden bragging about to scope of the election fraud machine.
Of course the Republicans wouldn’t go all scorched earth on the Democrats and Left as I certainly would try to, so “can” is unlikely to translate into a do.
