This whole thing did flip my thoughts that J&J was the better choice. I am waiting for the traditional vaccine at this point.
Thank you. A friend has a home in Germany and he described the protocol to fly there. A temperature check AND a rapid Covid test at EACH boarding and unboarding and there were plane changes involved. He was not vaccinated at the time so I wonder if being vaccinated would make you fail the rapid test. That would suck. And you would be at the mercy of each country’s vaccine passport requirement.
Noravax should have one coming fairly soon.
Of course, it too will be labeled “experimental” since at first it will be granted emergency approval. By then, both Pfizer and Moderna will have almost certainly been granted full FDA approval.
I’m 63 and the wife is 60 with known vulnerabilities. So getting vaccinated was the logical choice for me.
I buried two friends from this Chicom bioweapon and saw a relative spend weeks in the hospital. That changed my thinking on this whole thing.
75 in Jan. with 3 co-morbidities, but in excellent health otherwise, wife & I had Covid-19 in Jan, and it was NOTHING. A cold is worse.
No long-term effects either.
Death numbers are false.....most deaths are from other co-morbiidities with Covid-19 as a secondary, or tertiary factor. Actual death rate is slightly larger than flu.
Whole thing is the powerful taking control of our lives, and a majority willfully submitting. Next effort will be far more damaging.

I'm 66 with asthma and all my doctor has said is wear the mask in crowded spots and try to avoid close contact with strangers. That's what we do. My husband is 82 so we mostly just stay away from strangers. If a repairman comes to the house we don't require they wear a mask and neither do we. We just keep our distance if possible. We aren't fanatical about it. She recommended the flu shot since I hadn't had it at my appointment. She asked why and I told her that if I needed to wear a mask in places because of COVID I figure I wouldn't get the flu either. That's when she explained that they aren't 100% protection, especially if somebody that is sick isn't wearing one, and while they help I really needed to get the flu shot because if I got the flu and COVID at the same time they would bury me. She never recommended the COVID vaccine. She did say that even with the flu shot I need to stay away from strangers since the flu shot isn't 100% either. LOL I take all of the recommended supplements and she even told me to double my D3. She said to get out in the fresh air as much as possible. She and my pulmonary specialist have been spooked since I was so sick with that bad flu in 2008.
If a business isn't crowded and doesn't recommend masks I don't wear one. If they have a sign on the door recommending them I do. Nobody is doing the vaccine requirement nonsense so far.

No, the vaccination will not present as a false positive COVID test. I wondered the same thing and asked when I received the first dose since I had a visitation appointment that same afternoon with my hospice-bound Mom and had to be tested before the visit.
That seems too soon after the shot to draw a strong conclusion. Have you been tested since then? That would be a good confirmation. Prayers for your mom.

It’s NOT a traditional “vaccine”. It’s a “warp speed” mRNA vaccine. NEVER BEFORE used on a large scale. YOU can be one of the FIRST.

It may give you COVID.
You may get COVID anyway.
It may compromise your immune system.
It may change your DNA.
It may make you sterile.
There are available therapeutics/cures/prophylaxis that are SAFE so that you don’t NEED a vaccine.
And the pièce de résistance, there is a 99.?% chance that you won’t die from COVID even if you do get it.

I also did some reading on the subject and everything I've seen also indicated that none of the vaccines trigger a false positive COVID test. I haven't needed to be tested since. The facility required a COVID test since to due inclement weather that visit was inside the facility rather than outside as subsequent visits have been.

You’ve probably seen the 1-3 vaccine reactions trickle in from people afraid of the vaccine, mostly due to misinformation or misinterpretation ( VEARS) of information.
But here’s an interesting tidbit:
A population of 333 million.
Fully vaccinated are 150 plus Million. These are people that received at least One J&J vaccine (making them fully vaccinated) or Two injections of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, making them fully vaccinated.
Total, 260 Million Americans have received at least One vaccine injection (but as stated above some one or two making them fully vaccinated.)
That leaves 66 Million Americans Not vaccinated at all.
Of the 66 Million Americans, 60 Million of them are children under 15 years of age.
So basically, 6 Million American Adults have not received any dose of any of the 3 vaccines at all.
