ok...are you talking about the cop who refused to go in or his boss that mismanaged a police department...incompetence is not criminal. dont like Israel at all but he is not a criminal as far as I know. He is an idiot who thought he could play politics with the shooting and be rewarded by the demacrat party. There might be criminal activity that I am not aware of but charge the guy with it if there is criminal activity dont prevent him from working
